A premium, textured finish that will not peel or wash off.
Our longest-lasting print option for bold designs and repeat quantities.
Ideal for detailed artwork, gradients, many colours and smaller runs.
Your logo is digitised into a stitch file, matched to physical thread colours and sewn directly into the garment. Embroidery is our preferred option for professional uniforms because the finish is durable and will not peel or wash away.

Generally from 8 items
Real stitched sample for first orders
We prepare the stitch file and select physical thread colours.
A photograph is emailed for approval before the full run.
Your order is embroidered and quality checked in Edinburgh.
Ink is pushed through a separate screen for each colour and cured into the garment. It is our longest-lasting print option for straightforward artwork, particularly large back prints and repeat team orders.
T-shirts, hoodies, hi-vis and cotton drill
From 20 one-colour items
Pantone ink matching available
Each print colour is prepared on its own screen.
Ink colours and placement are checked before production.
The automatic press produces a consistent result across the run.
The design is printed in full colour and applied with controlled heat and pressure. Digital transfer works well for detailed logos, gradients and smaller quantities. Because garment fabrics and coatings react differently to heat, we confirm compatibility before recommending it.
Detailed logos, gradients and many colours
Suitable for smaller runs
Checked against the selected garment
Fine detail, colours and print size are checked.
The transfer is applied using controlled time, pressure and temperature.
Edges, colour and adhesion are checked before packing.
These are the most common starting points. Hover over a garment or its Back option to preview the reverse, or use the View back button. We confirm the final size and position against the garment and artwork before production.
Start with a chest logo on clothing or front embroidery on a cap. Other placement options are listed below. Left and right refer to the wearer’s perspective; we check pockets, seams and fabric before production.

Why T-shirts need a fabric check: Some lightweight T-shirts can bunch or ripple around dense stitching. Heavier-weight, more stable cotton tees generally support embroidery better. *Chest placements are recommended once the fabric and logo have been checked.
Why we usually avoid large back embroidery: On shirts, polos, hoodies and jackets, a large stitched design can feel stiff or bulky against the body. More stitches and machine time also mean a higher decoration cost. For large back logos, we generally recommend screen printing or digital transfer. Small back embroidery may still suit selected garments.
A strong option for bold logos, larger designs and bulk orders on suitable garments. Use a chest logo or make an impact with a large front or back print. Question marks flag placements that need checking; red markers show where we recommend another method. All positions are confirmed against the garment and artwork before production.

Why some placements need a closer look: Printing above a chest pocket can cost more than printing on a flat T-shirt. Each shirt takes extra time to load and align; our guided laser system helps us position the artwork accurately while keeping the pocket clear. We also check polo fabric texture, sleeve seams and the print area before confirming the method and price.
Where we recommend another method: Screen printing is not our recommended option for corporate softshell jackets, corporate button-up shirts or caps. Fabric finishes, garment construction and curved panels can make print adhesion, positioning and curing less predictable. Digital printing is a more flexible alternative for suitable softshells and cap styles after a fabric and heat-tolerance check. For corporate button-ups, or caps that cannot be heat pressed, embroidery is our preferred choice for a professional finish.
Full-colour, heat-applied transfers are a flexible solution for detailed artwork, gradients and smaller runs. They suit many garment types once fabric and heat tolerance are checked. For frequently washed uniforms, embroidery or screen printing is generally our first choice for long-term durability. Left and right refer to the wearer’s perspective.

Great colour and detail, with care in mind: Digital transfers are a versatile solution for detailed logos, gradients and smaller runs. Over time, repeated washing and wear can cause fading, cracking or lifting, especially with high heat or harsh laundry conditions. For frequently washed, everyday uniforms, embroidery or screen printing is usually our first recommendation for long-term durability. Transfer lifespan varies by product, fabric and care; we provide care instructions for your finished garment.
Why caps need a suitability check: Heat-applied transfers generally work best on softer foam-front caps or sturdy cotton caps with a smooth front panel and no centre seam. Curves, mesh, thick seams and stiff panels can prevent even heat and pressure across the design. The full front area shown is a placement example, rather than approval to print across a seam. Front, side and back placements depend on the exact cap construction, so we check the cap and artwork first. For a logo that crosses the centre seam of a structured, six-panel cap, embroidery is usually our recommended method.
Why we prefer embroidery on corporate button-ups: Corporate shirts often use fine fabrics or special finishes chosen for a crisp, professional appearance. Heat pressing can leave visible impressions or sheen on some fabrics, while a transfer can change how a lightweight shirt feels and drapes. We therefore recommend a neatly sized embroidered chest logo for this category. If you need a printed design, we assess the exact shirt and artwork before offering an alternative.

No. Tell us who the garments are for, how they will be used, your approximate quantity and budget. We can recommend suitable products and whether embroidery, screen printing or digital transfer is the better fit.
Minimums depend on the decoration method and product. Embroidery generally starts from eight items, while screen printing minimums increase with the number of print colours. Digital transfer can suit lower quantities. Some products, including selected Flexfit caps, have higher minimums.
Most decorated orders are completed in approximately two to three weeks after artwork approval and payment. Stock availability, quantity and production demand can affect timing, and rush options can be assessed when required.
