Embroidery is our preferred option for most cap orders because it delivers the most premium and durable result. Digital transfer becomes useful when artwork contains fine detail, gradients or more colours than thread can reproduce cleanly.

What is the difference between stock and fully custom caps?
A stock cap uses an existing style and colour, then adds your branding. A fully custom cap is manufactured around your brief, giving you more control over panels, fabric, colours, peak, closure, trims and branding.
What is the minimum order?
Standard embroidery starts from 8 items. Selected premium cap ranges have higher minimums, and fully custom manufacturing requires a larger production run. We will confirm the right path for your quantity.
How long do custom caps take?
Decorated stock caps typically fall within a 2–3 week production window after artwork approval and payment. Fully custom caps take longer because they are manufactured for your project. Freight time is additional.
Will I approve the embroidery first?
Yes. You receive an artwork mockup, and first-time embroidery designs include a photo of a real stitched sample for approval before the full run.
Can you deliver to multiple locations?
Yes. Include the locations in your brief and we can quote packing and delivery to one head office or multiple Australian sites.
