Do you only customise vests, can I purchase other uniform and merchandise products too?
Yes we also embroider, screen print or heat press any uniform such as t-shirts, polos, hoodies, beanies, caps, vests, hats and much more!
Do I need coloured, non-taped or reflective-tape vests?
Coloured vests are useful for identification and events but should not be assumed to be safety-rated hi vis. Non-taped hi vis styles are generally used for daytime visibility, while reflective-tape styles are commonly selected for low-light or night work. Your workplace risk assessment and site policy should determine the final choice.
Can a logo affect hi vis compliance?
It can. Large decoration may reduce the unbroken visible hi vis fabric area, while reflective tape also limits available placement. We keep decoration appropriately sized and positioned, but your workplace remains responsible for confirming its required garment class.
Which branding method is best?
Embroidery gives a premium chest finish, screen printing is strong value for bold logos and larger quantities, and digital transfer suits detailed full-colour artwork or smaller runs. We recommend the method after checking the fabric, placement and use.
What is the minimum order?
Embroidery starts from 8 items. Screen-printing minimums depend on the number of colours, while digital transfer can suit lower quantities. Different vest styles can sometimes be combined where the decoration remains identical.
How long will the order take?
Our typical production window is 2–3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, subject to garment stock and workload. Rush options may be available when the required vest is in stock.
Can you supply pink or blue vests?
Yes. Coloured identification vests include options such as Royal, Light Blue, Aqua, Red, Purple and Hot Pink. Some non-taped safety-vest ranges also offer high-visibility pink. We will confirm whether the exact colourway is intended for identification only or meets the visibility requirement for your workplace.
Can I get a vest with a pen pocket and clear ID window?
Yes. Utility-style taped vests are available with chest pen holders, clear ID-card windows and useful lower pockets. These features are especially helpful for supervisors, contractors, drivers, site visitors and workers who need their identification visible.
Can I buy a pre-printed vest without adding a custom logo?
Yes. The JB’s 6HVS STAFF vest and 6DNS SECURITY or VISITOR vest can be supplied exactly as they come. If you also want your organisation identified, we can review a small front logo for embroidery, screen printing or digital transfer without covering the pre-printed wording on the back.
Where can my logo go on a taped vest?
A small chest logo may fit between the zip, tape and utility features, while a larger back logo depends on the reflective-tape layout and available visible fabric. We check the actual garment before confirming size and placement and never plan decoration over reflective tape.
What artwork file should I send?
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG is preferred for the cleanest production setup. A clear PNG or JPG can still be reviewed. If it needs redrawing, simplifying or colour adjustment, our artwork team will explain what is required before production.
Can I combine colours and sizes in one order?
Usually, yes. Sizes and eligible colourways can often be combined when the logo, branding method and placement stay consistent. Combining completely different vest constructions may affect setup and pricing, so we will confirm the most economical grouping in your quote.
Will I see the branding before all the vests are produced?
Yes. We provide an artwork mockup showing placement before production. First-time embroidery designs also receive a photo of a real stitched sample, so you can see how the thread and detail reproduce before approving the order.
Do you hold my details for easier reorders?
We retain the approved garment, logo size, placement and decoration details so future orders remain consistent. If a vest style or colour is discontinued, we will recommend the closest suitable replacement before changing anything.
